“Radiance,” the debut single from S1MUL8’s EP “Ionian Dreams,” kicks off the musical journey. Crafted in the dynamic style of Drum and Bass, this track encapsulates the essence of S1MUL8’s signature fusion of progressive metal and rock. Surprisingly, this song had its roots over a year ago, but its pulsating rhythm guitar kept calling Kevin back.

Originally conceived earlier, the allure of that rhythm guitar prompted a revisit. Kevin found himself drawn back to this tune, not wanting to let go of its infectious energy. The result? An almost complete overhaul where nearly every layer was reworked, except for that beloved rhythm guitar, which remained an anchor in the track’s evolution.
